God's grace in our sinfulness
As we live on this earth, we all experience our sinfulness. It is not easy to admit this, because sin brings shame and often pushes us away from God. However, it is only when we look at ourselves with sincerity and an open heart that we realize how much we need His grace.
"God demonstrates his own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). These words remind us that God's love is not based on our merits or works. He loves us as we are and is waiting for us to come to Him.
Often in life we try to overcome sin in our own strength or to appear better than we really are. However, Jesus warns: "Can the blind lead the blind? Will not both of us fall into the pit?!" (Luke 6:39). Only when we recognize ourselves as weak, vulnerable, and needy do we understand that Jesus is our true light and way. He is the one who sees, guides, and saves.
When I recognized my sinfulness, I found true peace. It is not I who free myself from sin, but Jesus Christ, who has already conquered my guilt with His cross. All I had to do was accept this grace with faith and gratitude. It frees me from inner struggles and gives new meaning to life.
Today, the world tends to emphasize man—his mind, his efforts, his power. However, we must remember: "What is important is that Jesus Christ is Lord." He did not come so that we could be perfect in our own strength, but so that through His death and resurrection we could be freed from sin. Jesus is not just our helper—He is our Lord and Savior.
So if you feel tired of your inner struggle, if you feel guilty or tired, do not forget - God is already waiting for you with outstretched arms. He gave us his grace not because of our works, but because of his love. Through Jesus Christ we are reconciled to God and have become his beloved children. Let us accept this grace, because it is the true basis of life.
Key thoughts from the Holy Scriptures:
1. Recognition of sinfulness:
"If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us" (1 John 1:8).
2. God's love and grace:
"By grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is the gift of God" (Ephesians 2:8).
3. Jesus as Savior: "There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).TRANSLATED
You are loved by God
John 3:16
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
God so LOVED the world that he GAVE his only begotten Son. Love gives, but the world did not want to be loved by God. The world talks a lot about love. It copies, imitates, but does not know.
Do we allow ourselves to be loved by God today? Or are we the ones who love and do not need anyone to love us? Maybe human love has saddened you? But God's love is different, It GIVES. Get up, seek God's love. Renew your vows, let yourself be loved.
Thinking
A lot depends on our thinking. As you think, so shall it be. Therefore, it is very important to think correctly. We can think correctly only with the Lord's help.
